CNC Machining
These extensive facilities provide the foundation for Creative’s manufacturing and assembly operation. This provides the manufacturing capability for the group’s own range of products as well as an external services to its clients. Creative’s sub-contract services, precision machining and manufacturing assembly operation can provide one off solutions for research and development , through to small batch work and full production runs.
Manual Machining
Not all components lend themselves to CNC machining, particually one-off or small batches of less complex components; they are more suited to manual mills and lathes. Creative Instrumentation operates a number of manual machines in a range of sizes. Our manual equipment enables us to undertake a variety of specialist prototype work, as well as repair work.
